Joint custody is still quite new, and although normally the mother ends up having full custody of her children, we, at Paton & Asociados, are strongly in favor of the joint custody as the best system for the children.
In case of a separation or divorce, both parents have an obligation towards trying to change the lives of their children as little as possible. That is why we defend joint custody, because we believe that is the system that best guarantees the welfare of children.[/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”30″][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hz_UxzWBrvU”][mk_padding_divider size=”30″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
